Redwood Software is growing & hiring! We are seeking 3 Lead Generation Specialists for our Aliso Viejo, CA office. Profitable, reputable, impressive customers and partnerships with many Fortune leaders-SAP, HP, 3M, Mercedes, and Shell are just a few. We are seeking several Lead Generation Specialists to set qualified appointments for our Account Executives, offering leading edge enterprise software to Fortune 1000 companies. Must have a strong understanding of the company and product portfolio and be able to accurately communicate the value propositions of each over the phone. The successful candidate will be professional, responsive and a motivated team player who is interested in building a career while helping to grow the business. Job Responsibilities:
1+ year's sales experience with excellent cold calling skills and qualifying warm leads ideally within technology.
Qualify and allocate leads for sales teams using salesforce.com.
Identify & nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email or other communication tools.
Reach out to decision makers and set appointments.
Document, track and monitor all leads and interactions.
Ability to learn complex products and applications and deliver a business value proposition.
Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office, Word and Excel.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or similar ERP software, and/or Salesforce.com or similar CRM software is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
