Candidates should be quick learners who will help us deliver excellent customer service to our patients in our fast paced, digital, tech savvy practice.
REQUIREMENTS 2 years dental/front office experience preferred Excellent communication & telephone skills are a MUST Multitasker Punctual Fast Learner Available to work 32-hour work week DUTIES INCLUDE Answering Phones Scheduling Appointments & confirming appointments for 1 Doctor & 2-3 hygienists Greeting Patients and providing them with a positive impression of our office Verifying Insurance Benefits Soft Dent Software knowledge is a plus Accepting payments from patients and posting to their account Keeping a clean work area and reception area tidy Position is 4 days a week Mon - Thurs beginning at 7:
