Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon their arrival.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office, ensuring seamless navigation.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Help maintain a tidy and inviting reception area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary materials and information.
Provide basic and accurate information to clients via in-person interactions, phone calls, or emails.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
Assist with scheduling appointments and updating calendars to ensure efficient operations.
Help maintain accurate records and perform various clerical tasks to support office functions.
Skills:
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in using social media.
Professional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities, including multitasking and time management.
Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving skills.
Customer service-oriented attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional experiences.
A high school diploma is preferred; additional certification in Office Management is advantageous.
